I called around 4 pm on a Friday because my normal mechanic had a scheduling conflict and couldn't repair my breaks. I was very worried that my car was not safe to drive as I had let the issue go for so long. The office manager was happy to have me bring the car in that night and take a look at the issue to see if I would be okay to drive. They scheduled my car in for Tuesday, and fixed as promised for the price quoted. I had my normal mechanic double check the prices listed on the invoice and everything was in order. I'm not much of a reviewer, the last thing I want to do is spend more time typing in front of a computer after work, but after the service I received from Jake's I feel obligated to write a review. I know I can trust the knowledge and expertise at Jake's (since he's worked on my cars previously) and if their is a problem, they will own it and make it right.
